
Late Checkout: A Ritz-Carlton Story is a global collaboration between The Ritz-Carlton and Madrid streetwear label Late Checkout, built around a cinematic short film shot at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong and a limited capsule collection. The campaign blends fashion, hospitality, and narrative storytelling, introducing a fresh cultural voice into the brand’s world.
We were brought in to lead the social strategy and launch across TikTok, Meta, and LinkedIn, shaping how the film, the collection, and the partnership were translated into platform-native content. Our work included narrative cutdowns, fashion-driven vignettes, traffic-focused placements, and storytelling frameworks that carried the campaign’s tone into social. The resulting ecosystem connected the film’s humor and style with the brand’s luxury heritage and introduced the collaboration to new audiences with clarity and creative consistency.
